1.Web Designers

Requirements :

1. Advantage in Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Dream weaver or other text editor and other design software will be a plus.
2. Must be familiar and had experience with Dynamic Flash and Flash Action Script.
3. Create creative web designs and slice the design into html/css.
4. Knowledge of CSS, XHTML and creating table-less websites is a must.
5. Experience in JavaScript & AJAX.
6. Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform issues.
7. Must have some experience with JavaScript programming.

2.PHP Programmers

Requirements :

1. Expert on PHP and OOP implementation using PHP
2. Familiar with Smarty and ADODB
3. Experience with LAMP
4. Experience on building and maintain commercial portal
