CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE in BATAM

Responsibility:

*Ability to liaise & correspondence with both internal and external customers.
*Ability to do administrative duties like maintain database, filling, data entry, etc.
*Ability to coordinate with transporter / freight forwarders to pick up and delivery schedule.
*Ability to use and update POD in the system.
